Mr. Shekhar Bhosale is Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.). He has vast 30 years of experience in Silver Refinery Processes & Silver Industrial Products.

After his graduation he opted to walk on different path than being satisfied in job. His passion moved him Khamgaon to start this visionary refinery unit.

Started in 1988, Shraddha refinery has stepped up many winning stones in past years. Under the dynamic leadership of Mr Rajendra Bhosale, company has achieved exponential market growth. His strong vision, innovative approach and desire to excel helped the company to get strong ground in the market.
